**1. Delivery Timelines:**
- We are proud to offer an ultra-fast delivery service through our hyper-local delivery partner, Zomato. Our delivery timelines range between 30 to 60 minutes from the time of order confirmation.
**2. Shipping Charges:**
- To simplify the shipping process, we have established fixed charges. Orders up to ₹2499 will incur a nominal fee of ₹35, while orders exceeding ₹2499 fee of delivery ₹50 charged.
**3. Tracking Orders:**
- - We ensure a transparent order tracking experience for our customers through Zomato. Upon dispatch, customer will receive their order tracking number via email or WhatsApp, SMS. Through which customers can easily track their orders. They also seen tracking option in their order history. They will also get the option of tracking shipments in their order history
**4. International Shipping:**
- Currently, we exclusively offer our services within India, with a primary focus on Mumbai. International shipping is not available at this time.
**5. Delivery Partner:**
- We have partnered with Zomato as our dedicated delivery partner. Zomato provides live delivery tracking services, ensuring customers can monitor the progress of their orders in real-time.
**6. Undeliverable Packages:**
- In cases where a package is undeliverable, we will make efforts to contact the customer for updated delivery information. If unsuccessful, the order may be canceled, and a refund processed.
**7. Shipping Address Accuracy:**
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses will be borne by the customer.
**8. Delays and Force Majeure:**
- While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events may cause delays. We appreciate our customers' understanding in such situations.
