**Return Cancellation & Refund Policy**

At Spare Lelo we strive to provide you with the best quality mobile parts and services. We understand that there may be situations where you need to Return, cancel an order or request a refund. Please review our Return Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully:
** Returns:**
- You may return the Product in an order under the following conditions:
- Wrong item being delivered other than what you had ordered in an order, or
-Items substantially damaged or deteriorated in quality at the time of delivery. You agree to provide all requisite proofs, including but not limited to images of Products having issues.
- Check the Products upon delivery and initiate exchange or return with the requisite proofs on the Platform. You may also contact our customer care for assistance. Please note that no exchange or returns shall be accepted if the product packaging is opened or the product is used/consumed, either in part or otherwise.
-You may request to exchange or return the Products purchased from us, provided the Products are sealed/unopened/unused and in the original condition, on the same day of delivery. Please note that requests for exchange or returns will not be accepted from the day following the day when we delivered the Product/s to you. We may request you to dispose of the Products for which we have processed a refund.
**Cancellations:**
- You may cancel an order without charge at any time before the Company accepts the order.
- You cannot cancel the order post acceptance of the order by the Company.
- The Company may cancel an order (in full or partially) for reasons including shortage or unavailability of certain Products or force majeure events.
- In case the Company cancels any order, you will not be charged for such cancellations, and the Company will refund you for any payment already made.
**Refund Process:**
**. Handling and Delivery Charges:**
- In case of a return, customers are required to cover the delivery charges for sending the product back to us.
- A handling charge may also apply to cover the processing and inspection of returned items.
- Tax and delivery charges are non-refundable under our refund policy. We appreciate your understanding.
**. Refund Process:**
- Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
- If the returned product is in good condition and meets our return policy requirements, we will initiate the refund process.
- The refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
**5. Exceptions to Replacement :**
- No warranty on any product other than display and battery.
- Identification mark or barcode applied by us on the display and battery is mandatory for replacement
- 3 months warranty is given on display and battery so no replacement after 3 months
